The Held Sonic 2 in Military Green is a sporty summer textile jacket built for airflow and protection. It is constructed from durable AIRGUARD 400 D polyamide and polyester with polyurethane reinforcement, and uses 3D air mesh panels at the back plus a breathable mesh lining and extensive mesh across the front, back and arms to keep air moving on hot days. A front air-vent zipper (ACS) adds adjustable ventilation.

Protection is certified to EN 17092 (Class A) with EN 1621-1:2012 Level 1 soft protectors at the shoulders and elbows and a pocket for an optional EN 1621-2:2014 back protector. Reflective sections improve visibility, and a connecting zipper links the jacket to compatible Held trousers. Stretch panels at the shoulders and elbows, arm and hip adjusters and a soft collar tune the fit, while two external pockets, an inner pocket and an internal phone pocket handle storage. Held Clip-in Technology allows compatible liners to be added. This jacket is not waterproof and is intended for sport and touring riders in summer.
