Cut from a ripstop-cotton shell, the Merlin - Exile WP D3O Green Jacket adds a confident edge to a wardrobe that needs a standout layer.

It is built with a structured collar, a full-zip front, a zip-out thermal lining, a waterproof and breathable membrane, and pre-fitted D3O shoulder, elbow and back protectors. The polyester lining gives the inside a finished, ready-to-wear feel. The zip-out liner traps warmth and comes away when the weather turns. The sleeves and back are cut for reach, so it moves with you in the riding position.

The fabric is light on the shoulders but dense enough to cut the wind. The panels are cut clean and the stitching is set to hold its line over time. Nothing about it feels rushed, from the collar roll to the way the hem finishes. Every closure lands where your hand expects it, which is what makes it easy to live in.

Pair it with black denim for night or raw indigo and boots for the weekend. A cool wash and an occasional re-proofing keep the fabric performing.
