The Merlin - Chigwell Utility Olive Jacket makes its case with a waxed-cotton and mesh technical shell and a silhouette that works dressed up or down.

The make-up includes a zip front with snap storm flap, a removable waterproof membrane, a removable thermal lining, pre-fitted D3O shoulder, elbow and back protectors, and four front pockets plus a large rear cargo pocket. The removable liners handle rain and cold and zip away when the weather lifts. Merlin-branded snap studs push the look toward classic biker territory. The weave holds its shape and resists scuffing through a full season of wear.

Hardware and zips are corrosion-resistant and rated for daily use. Seams are reinforced at the stress points so the shape holds wear after wear. It reads clean from across the room and rewards a closer look up close. The fit is true to size with just enough room for a mid-layer underneath.
